Portfolio Source Code Available

December 14th, 2009 · 7 Comments

I have been receiving a lot of e-mails lately regarding the release of my portfolio source code.  I still haven’t had time to clean it up, but I have decided to just post it out here anyway.  There may be unused methods and classes and even some debug trace statements strewn about the code but I figure I shouldn’t make people wait any longer.  I only ask that you do not try to pass this off as your own work, please use the code as a guide for your projects, not as your project.  I do plan on eventually cleaning this up, I’ll post that when I get around to actually doing it. Until then, enjoy!  If you have any questions please post them as a comment and I will do my best to answer them.

Hey Adam, it’s dante from Seiberlich Trane. Hope all is going well. I’ve been spending a lot of time learning Java, SQL, and more recently Flex. So wanted to say, thanks for putting up the source code for your portfolio. It will definitely help in the learning process. Thanks again.

The portfolio looks great! I hope you don’t mind that I posted the source code on my account on github. I hope to swap out the graphics, some of the behaviour, and speed up the loading. My wi-fi is kinda slow, and I am an impatient guy. Having it on github.com allows people to see your original code and my changes, and to download by http or git. I hope placing your code with appropriate credit to you is OK. If not, just let me know, and I will take it down. Once again, great work and I hope to create stuff just as good.
